📌 ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Foreign Trademark Specialist, you will be directly involved in the trademark and copyright registration process for our international clients — from initial registrability searches through to final prosecution. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid legal reasoning, and the ability to handle files and correspondence in English on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
⚖️ Conducting registrability and availability searches for trademarks, copyright works, and other IP subject matter
📝 Advising clients and preparing application files for trademark and copyright registration
📬 Drafting and filing responses to Office Actions issued by IP Vietnam, and handling opposition proceedings where required
📊 Monitoring application status and managing client portfolios
🤝 Coordinating with team members and completing tasks as assigned by the Department Head
🙋 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Foreign Languages, International Relations, or a related field
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
✅ Strong English proficiency — this is a top priority as the role involves regular communication with international clients and overseas IP agents
✅ Experience handling IP infringement matters and drafting Office Action responses is a significant advantage
✅ Meticulous, diligent, proactive, and accountable — with a strong sense of professional responsibility
✅ Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
